WATCH: Teacher Caught On Camera Brutally Beating Special Needs Student

A 32-year-old substitute teacher is under arrest and out of a job after she was recorded brutally attacking a female student. Tiffani Shadell Lankford was filling in for a foreign language class at Lehman High School in Kyle, Texas when she got into a confrontation with a 16-year-old special needs student.

The student, who was not identified, reportedly hit Lankford in the face, sending her into a rage. Lankford punched the girl in the head multiple times and then pulled the teen out of her desk and threw her on the floor. Lankford then stomped on the defenseless girl’s head. Another student in the class recorded the entire attack.

Students rushed to tell school officials what happened, and Lankford was removed from the classroom. Deputies were called to the school and took Lankford into custody after interviewing students and reviewing the video. She was charged with aggravated assault, and a judge set her bond at $10,000.

The school district said that Lankford was immediately fired following the incident.

“Under no circumstances is that behavior tolerated at Lehman High School or in Hays CISD,” Principal Karen Zuniga said in a statement. “We take the safety and security of our students seriously. We took swift action when this incident occurred and will do everything necessary to protect our students.”

The girl was taken to the hospital by her father, and her condition is unknown.
