It was a case of déja vu at the Leeds OPP detachment on the weekend.
Police arrested a 24-year-old Portland man in Delta on Saturday night on a charge of impaired driving and held him overnight, Ontario Provincial Police said in a news release.
When a 25-year-old man from Rideau Lakes Township arrived to pick him up the next day, the second driver was suspected of being under the influence. He was administered a breath test and failed.
Besides being charged with being over the legal limit, he was charged with driving with a suspended licence.
His vehicle impounded for seven days, OPP said.
